Minimum Quantities

Our Minimum Order Quantity is just 8 garments.

This can be made up of any

Style, Size and Colour, but must have the same crest.

Badges - Minimum of 50

Stock Ties – One box of 24

Special Ties Minimum – 72

Jacquard Woven Ties Minimum- 100

Special Trimmed Knitwear -  36.  With a minimum of 6 per size

Then multiples of 3 thereafter.

Printing/ Transfers

Minimum of 25 garments

Set up & Repeat charges apply

 

Crest Origination

We do not charge for the setup of your School Crest.

Please contact our sales office to arrange a visit from your local representative.

Plain Samples

We are happy to supply plain samples for your consideration or to assist you with sizing in the styles and colours of your choice. These will be sent out with an invoice and will be credited upon return.

VAT Guidelines

VAT applies to embroidered garments for supply to children of 14 years of age and above, irrespective of size.

For children under 14 years of age, garments may be supplied at zero rate. Garments supplied for adults will be subject to VAT at the standard rate. When placing you order please advise us if larger sizes are for a child or an adult.

Non decorated garments continue to be subject to VAT in the adult sizes irrespective of them being supplied to pupils or adults.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible this is usually is 10-15 working days from place of order. However please allow up to 21 working days in the summer busy period  This excludes specials.

Delivery is Free of charge for orders of £75 excluding VAT.

We can deliver during school holidays please provide an alternative address at the time of placing your order or a date in which someone is available at the school to receive the delivery, we will otherwise deliver to your school on the first day of term.

Returns

We monitor the quality of stock on an ongoing basis and make our best efforts to ensure that it conforms to its description and is of a satisfactory quality and is fit for purpose as stated in the Sale of Goods Act 1979. In some cases if we feel that we would like further advice from a manufacturer to ascertain if the item has a manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to return the item to them for their comments. We will make sure this is done in a reasonable time and we reach a conclusion as soon as possible.

If you have a product that you feel has developed a fault please contact our sales office for assistance.

Please note: once a product has been decorated we can accept returns unless they are found to be faulty.


Payment

Payment terms are 30 days from date of delivery.

We accept payment by Cheque and Bacs.
